Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer
In accordance with Regulation (EC) 1005/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 September 2009 on substances that deplete the ozone layer (ODS) , the production, import and export of ozone-depleting substances included in Annex I are prohibited. However, there are a series of exemptions and exceptions to this prohibition, which require obtaining a license or authorization.
