Illegal Fishing
Community and national legislation to prevent, deter and eliminate illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing requires the presentation of a catch certificate to the competent authority for validation and issuance of a fishing authorization, as a prerequisite for the introduction of the fishery products concerned into the Customs Territory of the Union, as well as for re-export and export in certain cases.
