Incident Box A056 contains characters that are not allowed

If you are shown the error message "Box A056 contains invalid characters", check the field(s) "Domain or web address".

A domain or internet address is a URL, a web address (www...). If you are entering an email address with the "@" symbol, this error will appear because this character is never used in web addresses.
