Incident Box A056 contains illegal characters

If you get the error "Box A056 contains illegal characters" check the "Domain or Internet address" field(s).

A domain or internet address is a web page address (such as www...). If you are entering an email address that includes the "@" symbol, you will get this error, since it is a character that is not used to identify a domain or internet address.
