Form 111

Incident - Your request cannot be attended to. 2013

The error that occurs when submitting form 111: "Your request cannot be fulfilled. 2013" is usually due to the inclusion of accents or characters in the name or company name that do not conform to the registration design of model 111, within the declaration.

In general, alphabetic and alphanumeric fields will not accept letters with accents, special (graphic) characters or control characters, for example apostrophes ('), the & symbol, abbreviated names with Mª or Fº symbols, a + (plus) or – (minus) sign where it does not belong or other unusual characters.

If so, they will need to be removed and replaced with blank spaces or other allowed characters.

If the file is generated with another program, the published logical design must be reviewed.
