Form 111
Skip information indexIncident - Your request cannot be attended to. 2013
The error that occurs when submitting form 111: "Your request cannot be met. 2013" is usually due to the inclusion in the name or company name of accents or characters, which do not conform to the registration design of model 111, within the declaration.
In general, alphabetic and alphanumeric fields will not accept letters with accents, special (graphic) or control characters, for example apostrophes ('), the & symbol, abbreviated names with Mª or Fº symbols, a + (plus) or – sign (less) where not applicable or other unusual characters.
If so, they will need to be removed and replaced with whitespace or other permitted characters.
If the file is generated with another program, the published logical design must be reviewed.
