How to obtain the reference of the Income file with Cl@ve
Using Cl@ve you can obtain the reference of the Income Tax file immediately; With it you will be able to manage and streamline all Income services, prepare the declaration through the Income WEB service and present it online, regardless of its result.
As of March 12, 2024 , previous references obtained during the 2022 Income campaign will no longer have effect. If you want to continue operating with a reference to access Income services, you must obtain a new reference that will be valid for Income 2023 services.
You can obtain a valid reference when accessing any Headquarters service that allows identification by reference, if you choose that access mode. Also from the link "Get your reference number" in the "Managements" section of this help.
Remember that the reference is shown directly on the screen or in the APP.

Remember that only the last reference generated will be valid, whether through the APP or from the page.
Once you have obtained the reference, you will be able to manage any of the available Income services or those that allow identification in this way, such as requesting a Personal Income Tax tax certification. From the Renta portal, access "Renta WEB: Draft/declaration processing service" to generate your declaration, complete it if necessary and submit it. For the calculation and presentation of joint returns, the reference to the spouse's file or his Cl@ve will be essential.
Once in your Income Tax file, in the "Available Services" section you can check the procedures enabled at that time for you. Click on "Draft/Declaration (WEB Income)" to obtain the declaration with the tax data available to the AEAT at that moment, although you can add any other data that is not reported .
