Draft declaration processing service 2021 (WEB Income)
In the "Draft/declaration processing service (WEB Income) 2021" the taxpayer of any type of income will have access to the Income services that are enabled at that time, in addition to the links to procedures and queries for that year.
Click on "Draft/declaration processing service (WEB Income) 2021" and indicate your DNI or NIE to access with Cl@ve or with the reference number of the current campaign, or access with Cl@ve Mobile and scan the QR with the APP Cl @ve , or use the link "Access with certificate or electronic DNI " to identify yourself with an electronic certificate or DNIe .
Next, validate the Renta reference, confirm the verification code with the APP Cl@ve , identify yourself with the PIN or select your digital signature. Then, indicate whether you are acting on your own behalf or as a representative and press "Confirm".
If you act on your own behalf, you will directly access the file, in which you will have the following information:
- The processing status of the declaration.
- The services available, including the consultation of tax data, census data or the consultation and presentation of the draft/declaration (Renta WEB).
- The history of the file where all the statuses of the file have been recorded and, if it has already been presented, obtain a copy of the declaration presented from the link "Recording the declaration...".
If you use access as a representative, the data of the representative for whom you are going to act is requested.
If a power of attorney has been registered for that NIF that allows the consultation and preparation of Income Tax, you will access the file.
If it is a social collaborator, to access the Income file it is essential to provide the valid Income reference for that taxpayer.
Once in the file, in "Available Services" click on "Draft/Declaration (WEB Income)" to process the declaration; If you have already accessed Renta WEB at some other time, a pop-up window will inform you of the existence of a previous declaration, which you can recover from the option "Continue session" , modify a declaration submitted previously from "Modify submitted declaration" or begin a new processing from "New declaration" , incorporating the tax data again. You can also choose the co-official language in which you wish to make the declaration.
If this is the first time you log in, the identification data of the declarant and the rest of the members of the family unit will be displayed on the first screen. If it contains erroneous or imprecise data or any specific data has been omitted, you must first modify it. Keep in mind that your marital status and whether you have minor or judicially incapacitated children subject to extended or rehabilitated parental authority are data that cannot be modified later.
In the event that there is a spouse, to also transfer their data, click on "Authorize spouse" and indicate the reference of the current fiscal year or Cl@ve of this one. If you do not want to enter the spouse's tax information, you must check the box for the calculation of the individual declaration.
By clicking the icon with the pencil symbol you can modify or introduce new members to the family unit. To delete them, press the cross icon. Once the data has been completed, click "Accept" at the bottom.
After accepting the identification data screen, if the application detects that additional tax data must be transferred to the declaration, follow the instructions in the following windows to incorporate this information. If you do not need to enter additional information to generate the declaration, you will directly access the summary of results from where you can both check the result of the declaration for each modality and complete the declaration, if necessary.
In the Declaration Summary you have an additional menu from which you can submit the declaration, view the imputed tax data for each declarant or download a PDF with the preview of the generated declaration. To view it correctly, you will need to have a file viewer installed on your computer PDF
At the top you will have other options:
- "Continue return" from where you can review and continue completing the return.
- "Personal data" where you will see both the personal and family data included in the declaration.
- "View transferred data" you will be able to check which data has been incorporated in the declaration, what has not been incorporated and the incorporation notes.
- "Save" allows you to save the session you have been working on. It is saved on the remote server of the AEAT Keep in mind that when saving it will overwrite the previous saved declaration.

- "Help" from where you will access the 2021 Income manual.
When you continue with the declaration, in the "Sections" button you can access the different sections of the declaration and, using the arrow commands, move between the pages. Before submitting the declaration, check if it contains errors when completing it by clicking the "Validate" button. If you need to go to a specific box or concept in the statement, click the magnifying glass icon to help you search.
From this same window you can access the summary of results or "Submit declaration" to finish processing the declaration.
Select how you want to file the return, individually or jointly.
First, select the type of return you want to file. If the statement has a result to be returned, check the IBAN code of the account to which you want the return to be made. By default, the account IBAN indicated in the previous exercise will appear; However, you can modify it on this screen. You can also select an account IBAN opened abroad ( EU / SEPA ) for the refund.
If the declaration results in income, you can select one of these payment options:
"Electronic payment". In this case you can choose three payment methods:
Payment with debit to account . It will connect to the payment gateway to obtain the NRC at that time, debiting the amount to the account indicated.
Payment by credit/debit card . You will connect to the payment gateway to get the NRC at that time using credit or debit card.
Enter NRC if you have paid for your electronic banking . You must make the total deposit from your Banking Entity by generating NRC proof of payment, either at its offices or through electronic or telephone banking. Subsequently, you must enter the NRC in the "Reference number NRC " box.
"Document to enter in Bank/Cash". Allows you to obtain the income document to pay it at the Bank or Cashier's Office. Through this option, the declaration will be submitted electronically but pending payment at the financial institution.
Other payment methods. Such as, for example, the recognition of debt with impossibility of payment or request for deferral, among others. In addition, you can opt for "Debt recognition and payment by transfer", for citizens who have accounts opened in a NON-COLABORATING entity in the collection of AEAT taxes. In this case, the payment will be considered made on the date on which the transfer is received by AEAT .
After selecting the payment method, press "Accept" to submit the return.
If you select "Electronic payment" and check "Payment with account charge" or "Payment with credit/debit card" you must obtain the NRC through the payment gateway of AEAT , if you check "Enter NRC if you have paid for your electronic banking" you must complete the NRC in the corresponding box.
Additionally, if you select "Other payment methods" you will be eligible for recognition of debt with impossibility of payment, request for deferral or payment by transfer if your bank is not a collaborating entity.
Finally, press "Accept" to make the telematic presentation; then check the “Agreed” box and click “Sign and Send” to complete the submission process.
