You can file the 2021 Income Tax return prepared with a help program by importing a file with the tax return with the data adjusted to the Registry design published on the website in "Help," Registry designs, "Forms from 100 to 199."
Go to the E-Office to the form 100 procedures page and use the link "2021 Income. Filing tax returns using a file generated with the help program " located in" Previous years, "Fiscal year 2021."
Identify yourself with a digital signature (electronic certificate or DNI) by clicking on "Access with certificate or electronic DNI "or by using the Cl@ve identification system or the current campaign's Income Tax reference by entering DNI or NIE and the contrast data, or by accessing with Cl@ve Móvil by scanning the QR with the Cl@ve app.
On the next page, click on the "Import XML " button and find the file with the tax return details.
The Summary of the tax return will then be shown with the details of the tax return of the declarers. From this window you can:
- "File tax return" if you agree with the result.
- "See tax details" to view the details entered.
- Make a "Preview" of the tax return where you obtain a PDF that serves as a query but is not suitable for filing.
- See the "Personal details" completed for the taxpayer (s).
- "Continue with the tax return" if you need to check or continue with the incorporation of data into the tax return.
If you click on "Continue with the tax return," you will be able to access the different pages of the tax return from the button panel or from "Sections" to check all the details and continue completing the tax return.
Before filing the tax return, check whether you have errors in the filling out by clicking on the "Validate" button.
Notifications do not prevent the tax return from being filed and are indicated to review the completion. If the message is an error, you must correct it so that the tax return is considered valid at the time of filing it. To review the notifications or errors, click on "Go to the Notice" or "Go to Error."
Once it has been verified that it does not contain errors, review the details and, if they are correct, click "File tax return" from the tax return sections or from the tax return summary.
First, select the type of tax return you want to file. If the tax return has a result to be returned, check the IBAN code of the account in which you wish to make the refund. By default, the IBAN account indicated in the previous year will appear; However, you can change it on this screen. You can also select an IBAN account opened abroad (EU/SEPA) for the refund.
If the tax return results in a payment, you can select one of these payment options:

"Electronic payment." In this case you can opt for three payment methods:

Payment charged to account. Connect with the payment gateway to obtain the NRC at that time, loading the amount into the account indicated.

Payment with credit/debit card. Connect with the payment gateway to obtain the NRC at that time using a credit or debit card.

Enter NRC if you have paid for your online banking. You must make the full payment from your bank by generating the NRC payment receipt, either at your branch office or by online or telephone banking. You must then enter the NRC in the box "Reference number NRC."

"Document to deposit with Bank/Cash." It allows you to obtain the payment document to pay in the Bank or Savings Bank. This option will enable the tax return to be filed electronically but pending payment in the financial institution.

Other payment methods. For example, the recognition of debt with impossibility of payment or deferral requests, among others. You can also opt for "Debt recognition and payment by transfer," for citizens who have accounts open in a NON-COLLABORATING entity when collecting taxes from the Tax Agency. In this case, the payment will be considered to be made on the date on which the transfer is received by the Tax Agency.
After selecting the payment method, click "Accept" to file the tax return.
Then, if there are notifications, this will be reported before continuing with the signing and sending of the tax return. Click "OK" if you wish to continue.
In the new window, tick the "Accept" box and click "Sign and Send" to complete the tax return filing process. The "Tax return information" button will display the coded data.
Finally, if everything is correct, you will obtain the response sheet where "Your presentation has been successful" and a secure Verification Code so that the authenticity of the declaration can be verified in the E-Office in the section "Document check using secure code verification, "in addition, a PDF embedded that contains a first sheet with the presentation information (record entry number , Secure Verification Code, receipt number, day and time of filing and details of the filing party) and, on subsequent pages, the full copy of the tax return.
In cases where there is a debt recognition, a link will be shown on the successful submission response sheet to file the deferral or compensation request. Click on "Process debt."
If you selected "Debt recognition and payment by transfer" the document will be displayed supporting the filing with the CSV (Secure Verification Code), along with a list of important notifications on the payment, which is still pending payment. This window allows you to generate a PDF with the instructions for carrying out the bank transfer.
