If after filing your Income Tax return you need to modify the IBAN code communicated to the AEAT , access your file again from the link "Draft/return processing service (Renta WEB)" and check if the modification can be made from the "Available Services" section.
The consultation and modification options for the bank account are:
If the result is a tax refund:
- "Check account IBAN for refund" : If the transfer order has not yet been made effective, you can use this option to check the bank account provided in the presentation.
- "Modify account IBAN of return" : If the transfer order has not yet been made effective and there are errors in the code IBAN , you have access to the modification from this option.
If the result is a payment:
- "Direct debit inquiry." From this option you can check the IBAN code of the bank account and, in the event that the direct debit order has not been carried out, it also enables the rectification of the IBAN code and the revocation of the direct debit order to select other payment methods. 2 additional options may appear depending on the status of the file: "Split and direct debit the two installments" if you initially direct debited the total amount and "Direct debit the second installment" if you did not do so at the time of submission.
In addition, you have the option "Direct debits - Query, revocation, rehabilitation or rectification of the direct debit account", in the Income portal, within "All procedures".
