Manage my active device with the Cl@ve APP
The service " Manage my active device with the mobile application Cl@ve " allows you to view and deactivate the mobile device on which the APP is activated Cl@ve with your DNI / NIE .
Note: You can also deactivate the device from the "Managements" section of the APP Cl@ve .
Access is enabled both with Cl@ve and with an electronic certificate or DNI .
After identification, the page displays the make and model of the mobile device active in the APP Cl@ve for the user who has identified themselves.
On this device you will receive the verification codes and PINs that you request when accessing electronic procedures. If correct, press "CLOSE" . If you do not want to have this device activated, press "DEACTIVATE DEVICE" and confirm it in the subsequent notice.
The device is deactivated for the APP Cl@ve .
Note: The user continues to be registered in the Cl@ve system and can continue to identify themselves with Cl@ve in electronic procedures. If you do not have any active device with the APP Cl@ve , the verification codes or PINs requested when accessing a procedure will be received by SMS .
Activation is carried out from the APP Cl@ve on the mobile device that you wish to activate.
