Error SARISSA_SCHEMA_PROGID is not defined when submitting a model 390 from 2014 or previous years

If when submitting file XML of form 390 for fiscal year 2014, or a previous fiscal year, the error message "Error '_SARISSA_SCHEMA_PROGID' is not defined" appears, you should bear in mind that the browser used to submit the declaration may not be valid for this procedure.
