Skip information indexRejected due to duplication
If when making a presentation, you get a message like "Rejected due to duplication. "Holder appears as holder of another declaration" means that a declaration of the same model has already been filed for that holder; That is, the declaration has already been submitted.
It may also be the case that when clicking on the "Sign and Send" button at the time of signing, a double click occurred, which generates a double submission and in response you only get the page where the declaration is rejected.
To check that the declaration has been submitted and to retrieve proof of submission, access the "My Files" portal of the Electronic Office. It is necessary to identify yourself with an electronic certificate or the Cl@ve system. From "Check your submitted declarations" you can find those declarations that have been submitted electronically in the name of the holder of the electronic certificate used or with Cl@ve . To consult statements from third parties you must be authorized to do so.
You can also access the procedures for each model in the "All procedures" section of the Electronic Office. Locate the model in question and access any of the available consultation options.
Remember that in the case of model 036 it is possible to submit a new declaration of the model. However, if at the time of filing you see the message "Existing declaration", you must wait approximately 24 hours to process the new declaration.
