Skip information indexRejected for duplicity
If when making a presentation, you see a message such as "Rejected due to duplicity. Holder appears as holder of another declaration" means that there is already a declaration of the same model presented for that holder; that is, the declaration has already been filed.
It may also be that clicking the "Sign and Send" button at the time of signing resulted in a double click, which generates a double presentation and in response you get only the page where the declaration is rejected.
To check that the declaration has been submitted and retrieve proof of submission, access the "My files" portal of the Electronic Office. It is necessary to identify yourself with an electronic certificate or Cl@ve system. From "Consult your filed returns" you will find those returns that have been filed electronically in the name of the holder of the electronic certificate used or with Cl@ve . To consult statements from third parties you must be authorized to do so.
You can also access through the procedures for each model in the "All procedures" section of the Electronic Office. Locate the model in question and access any of the available consultation options.
Remember that in the case of model 036 it is possible to submit a new model declaration. However, if the message "Existing declaration" appears at the time of filing, it is necessary to wait approximately 24 hours to process the new declaration.
