Specific error messages

Browser not supported. Please use version 5.5 or higher on Internet Explorer 10

If you are filing batch returns and you use Internet Explorer 10, you may see this error. To carry out the procedure, check the configuration in the "Compatibility View" of the browser.

Access the "Tools" menu and activate the "Compatibility View" option.

You can also access "Compatibility view settings" and check "Activate for all sites" or in "Add this website" include the address "sede.agenciatributaria.gob.es". Click the "Add" button and close this window. If you don't see the "Tools" "Compatibility View Settings" menu, press the F10 key on your keyboard to enable the menu bar and access these options.

Finally make sure that the "ActiveX Filtering" option is unchecked. To do this, access "Tools" from the menu bar.
