Renta WEB service through empowerment
If you have the general or specific power of attorney related to form 100 (GENERALLEY58 or 100P), you can use the Renta WEB service to process the declaration of your representatives from the option "Draft/return processing service (Direct Income Tax and Web Income Tax)" that you will find in the block "PIT", "Outstanding Procedures" or from the procedures in Form 100.
Next, identify yourself with Cl@ve Mobile Cl@ve or select your digital signature (certificate or DNIe).

Then, if you log in as a representative, select " Act as representative of " and enter the details of the representative for whom you are acting and press "Confirm".

Once you are in the taxpayer's file, click on the link "Draft/Return Processing Service (Income Tax WEB)" from the "Available Services" section to access the declaration.

If you have already accessed Renta WEB at some other time, a pop-up window will inform you of the existence of a previous declaration, which you can recover from the option " Continue session ", modify a previously submitted declaration from " Modify submitted declaration " or start a new process from " New declaration ", incorporating the tax data again. You can also choose the co-official language in which you wish to make the declaration.

If this is your first time accessing the system, the identification data of the declarant and the rest of the members of the family unit will be displayed on the first screen. If it contains incorrect or inaccurate data or if any specific information has been omitted, you must modify it before continuing. Please note that identifying information cannot be modified later, except by generating a new declaration.
If there is a spouse, you must authorize the transfer of the spouse's tax data with the reference number or Cl@ve . If you do not wish to enter your spouse's tax information, check the box for calculating your individual tax return.

Access with spouse's data is permitted by means of a power of attorney (100P) which exempts the need to give authorization on this screen by means of the reference orCl@ve Mobile Cl@ve of the spouse or children who have received income. In these cases, it is possible to continue by pressing "Accept" at the bottom of the identification data window without needing to press the "Reference/" button.Cl@ve Mobile Cl@ve". However, if you have a power of attorney, by clicking on the "Reference/" buttonCl@ve " Mobile Cl@ve" automatically changes to "Authorized", without going through the authentication process. In both cases, the data of the spouse or children who receive income are transferred to the declaration. The power of attorney also exempts one from the need to indicate the reference orCl@veof the spouse or children who receive income at the time of filing.
