Renta WEB service through empowerment
If you have general or specific power of attorney related to form 100 (GENERALLEY58 or 100P), you can use the Renta WEB service to process the tax return of your representatives from the option "Draft/return processing service (Renta WEB)" you will find in the block "Personal Income Tax , "Featured management" or from the procedures of form 100.
Then identify yourself with Cl@ve or select your digital signature.
Then, if you log in as an authorised representative, click on the link "Acting as a representative" and enter the details of the person for whom you are going to act and click "Confirm."
Once in the taxpayer's file, click on the link "Draft/Return (Renta WEB)" in the section "Available services" to access the tax return.
If you have already accessed Renta WEB at any other time, in a pop-up window you will be informed of the existence of a previous tax return, which you can recover from the option "Continue session," modify a tax return filed previously from "Modify tax return filed" or start a tax return filed " new processing from "New tax return," adding the tax details again. You can also choose the co-official language in which you wish to make the tax return.
If it is the first time you log in, the taxpayer's identification details and the rest of the family unit's components will be displayed on the first screen. If it contains incorrect or inaccurate data or some specific data has been omitted, you must modify it before continuing. Please note that the information on the marital status and the spouses'NIF (Personal Tax ID) cannot be modified later.
If there is a spouse, you must authorise the transfer of the spouse's tax details with the spouse's reference number or Cl@ve. If you do not wish to enter the spouse's tax details, you must tick the box to calculate the individual tax return.
