Renta WEB service through empowerment
If you have the general or specific power of attorney related to form 100 (GENERALLEY58 or 100P), you can use the Renta WEB service to process the tax return of those you represent from the option "Draft / tax return processing service (Renta WEB)" that you will find in the block "IRPF", "Gestiones destacadas" or from the form 100 procedures.
Next, identify yourself with Cl@ve PIN or select your digital signature.
Then, if you log in as a proxy, click on the link "Acting as a representative" and indicate the details of the principal for whom you are going to act and click on "Confirm".
Once in the taxpayer's file, click on the link "Draft/Statement (Renta WEB)" in the "Available services" section to access the return.
If you have already accessed Renta WEB at some other time, in a pop-up window you will learn more about the existence of a previous return, which you can recover from the "Continue session” option, amend a previously filed tax return from "Modify filed tax return", or start a new procedure from "New tax return", adding the tax information again.Additionally, you will be able to choose the co-official language in which you wish to draw up the return.
If this is the first time you are accessing, the first screen will show the identification details of the declarant and the rest of the members of the family unit.If it contains erroneous or inaccurate data, or if any specific data has been omitted, you must amend it before proceeding.Please note that the information on the marital status and TINs of the spouses cannot be changed at a later stage.
If there is a spouse, you must authorise the transfer of the spouse's tax data with the spouse's reference or Cl@ve PIN.If you do not want to enter your spouse's tax data, you must mark the box to calculate the individual tax return.
