Assignment of NIF to minors by administrative managers

Administrative managers may request NIF of minors through the service available in the Electronic Office based on the Management Commission to Managers.

Within the list of procedures for form 030, access the link "Assignment of NIF to minors by administrative managers".

The presenter will have to identify himself with the authorized electronic certificate that corresponds to the NIF of the member that was communicated in the visa of the documentation.

The procedure for assigning NIF consists of 4 steps:

  • ID: Enter the identification data of the guardian and the minor. Enter the date of birth in the required format: day, month and year separated by slashes (dd/mm/yyyy).Identification

Another piece of information that must be included is the NRE generated in the documentation visa and which can be found on the response sheet of the documentation visa communication.

Please indicate the NRE in the communication of the visa documentation

  • Entering personal data
  • Entering tax address
  • Confirmation of data

In response, a page will be displayed with the submission confirmation message and a document PDF with said submission.
