Consulting form 172 requires identification by electronic signature (certificate or ID card electronic) or through the identification system Cl@ve (individuals only).
In addition to the holder of the declaration, a third party acting on his or her behalf may also consult the declaration submitted.
You can filter the query by various criteria, for example the submission dates (from - to) and "Communication Type," which include: High, Modification and Deregistration. The boxes of the "NIF "declarant" and "Exercise" are mandatory. Then press the "Search" button.
The table of records that match those search criteria will be loaded. The content is displayed in several columns along each row, you can choose to display all columns, only some of them, and hide all columns. To access the details of each record, click on the link in the "Submission Date" column of the record declared in the first column.

You will access the " Declaration Detail " window where you can see the filing data, the fiscal year and the declarant's data. At the bottom are displayed the fields "Declared Registration ID", "Status" and "Cancellation Date". To view the record click on the declared Record Id to view only that record.

In the data of that record you can consult the presentation data, with the date, time, the exercise and its status, the data of the declarant and the data of the currency, such as the virtual denomination, the acronym, number of units, value and balance among other concepts.

At the top is a link to " Declared List ". The content is displayed in multiple columns along each row. If you don't see all the columns, you can use the horizontal scroll bar to access them or select some from the "Show/Hide Columns" drop-down menu. From the list of declared records you can search for other records by indicating the record ID and clicking "Search".

Click "Return to Declared Registration Detail" to access the registration details again and "Return to Declaration Detail" to return to the data query for the Model 172 declaration.
