Forms 038 to 180
Skip information indexForm 180. Filing by form
The presentation of model 180 is carried out through TGVI online, a system that validates if the file contains correct records along with other erroneous ones, allowing the partial presentation of the correct records and the download of a file with the details of the records with errors.
Filing online requires identification with an electronic certificate, DNIe or Cl@ve of the declarant. In addition to the owner of the declaration, it can also be presented by a third party acting on his or her behalf, whether a social collaborator or an agent to carry out the procedure. We recommend that you purify, prior to submitting the declaration, the census of those declared through the tax identification service to avoid identification errors.
Please note that the web form is available if the return contains up to 40,000 records. If it exceeds this threshold, you will have to use the file submission option.
To correctly view all parts of the form, before accessing it, check the zoom and font size set in the browser (once the declaration has been submitted you can return to the previous zoom and font size).
-
In Microsoft Edge , access the three horizontal dots, in zoom select 100% with the "+" and "-" signs. Go back to the three horizontal dots to enter "Settings", select "Appearance" and in "Fonts", "Font Size" select "Medium (recommended)", in "Page Zoom" select 100%.
-
In Google Chrome , go to "Settings" (from the three vertical dots), "Appearance", "Font size" and select "Medium (recommended)", under "Zoom page" selects 100%. Also from "Zoom in/out" you can select the zoom to 100%.
-
In Mozilla Firefox , access the three stripes icon, in "Size" select 100% with the "+" and "-" signs, press "Options", "General", "Language and appearance" and in "Typefaces and colors" select a size smaller than the current one, if you do not see the form correctly.
-
In Safari , go to "View," "Enlarge," or "Reduce."
In the initial window you will have to identify the declarant with his NIF ; Then, choose one of the options to access the form:
- Continue. It allows you to register a new declaration by entering all the data. Enter the NIF of the declarant and press "Continue".
- Matter. You can import a file with format BOE that follows the registration design of the current model 180, obtained with the form itself by exporting the declaration or with a third-party program. The record limit will be 40000;
- Import previous year . Data from the previous year will be imported from the active records of the previous year at the time of the query; To do this, you need to access the form with an electronic certificate, DNI electronic or Cl@ve of the declarant, social collaborator who submitted the declaration in the year previous year or a representative who had submitted the declaration the previous year or a representative who consulted the declaration. It is not possible to import data from the previous year if the declaration exceeds 40,000 records. Please note that once the declaration has been registered, this option will not be available.
If there is a saved work session or a previously filed return, the application will show you the available options:
- In the event that there is a work session saved but not presented and you want to recover it, check the box " Load the work session from dd/mm/yyyy ";
- If you have filed a return and wish to make modifications such as deleting, modifying or adding records, check the box " Load the return filed on dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss " ;
- To register a new declaration, check the box " Create a new declaration ".
Select an option and press "Continue."
This accesses the first page of the declaration, that of the declarant and the summary. If you need to modify a declaration already submitted, load the declaration submitted in the initial window by checking "Load the declaration submitted on dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss" and make the changes, additions or deletions from the recipient pages.
If you have uploaded a previously filed return, the "Filed on" column will show the date and time that record was filed. In the column " Status " you can check the correct, incorrect or warning records.
From this panel of recipients you can add new records, delete them, access the details of each one to modify them, if you consider it appropriate. You have the "New record" button, identified by the icon of a blank sheet with a green cross (+) above it, to register a new recipient and the buttons to delete a selected record or delete several records at the same time.
If you select a recipient and press the button "See the selected recipient" you will be able to access the details and modify the data of the fields already completed.
In model 180, in the recipients panel, you also have the "Issue certificates" button to generate individual or collective certificates, as long as the declaration does not contain errors. Once the recipients have been marked, press " Issue certificates " at the top. You can obtain more information about issuing certificates through the help "How to issue certificates for model 180".
From the list of recipients, you can make queries by establishing filtering criteria. Press " Queries " at the top and, in the new window, set the filter criteria(s) and click "Query".
A new tab will be activated at the bottom, next to the "Sections" and "Errors" tabs, called "Query", which displays the information consulted according to the established criteria. The registration information extends in a single row across the width of the form, so it is necessary to use the horizontal scroll bar to consult the rest of the boxes. However, by double clicking on any of the results, the registration information appears at the top of the form.
At the bottom of the screen are the options available in the form. If you do not see the buttons or sections correctly, check the font size and zoom you have configured in the browser.
If before submitting the return you want to obtain a draft to review the data, you have the " Preview " tool, which generates an invalid PDF for presentation with your declaration. The draft is displayed on the screen; However, from the link "click here to download the pdf" it is possible to download it to your computer. Please note that, for the correct viewing of the draft, you need a PDF viewer, preferably updated to the latest version compatible with your operating system. To return to the declaration, click on "Return to declaration" located at the top of the draft window or, if you want to register a new declaration, press the "New declaration" button.
To check if there are errors in the declaration, press the " Validate " button. If it contains errors or warnings, the "Errors" tab will be enabled with the description of the error or warning and the "Go to Error" or "Go to Notice" button, as appropriate, which directs you to the box to modify or complete.
Using the "Download error list" option, a file in XML format will be generated with all the errors detected, which you can open or save on your computer.
If the declaration contains no errors you will get the message "No errors exist."
The " Save " option allows you to store the data completed up to that point on the AEAT servers, even if it is not validated (it may contain errors or be incomplete). If a tax return has been saved previously, it will be overwritten. The recovery of this data is carried out by accessing the web form again, selecting the option "Load the work session of dd/mm/yyyy".
The form has a waiting time due to inactivity, we recommend that you save the declaration to avoid data loss.
The "Import" button allows you to import a file, which has been prepared following the current registration design, in the same way that it allows you when accessing the form.
Once the file is selected, the application will offer you two possibilities:
- A - Delete all existing Recipient records and import . With this option, the entire current declaration will be deleted and you will obtain a new declaration with the data that was in the imported file.
- B - Add Receiver records to the current statement . This way you will keep the current declaration and add the new records to the existing ones.
Using the " Export " button you can generate a file with the format of the published logical design, as long as the declaration does not contain errors and save it in the path you want. This file has the name NIF and the extension .180. You can recover this file by accessing the web form again and clicking " Import " in the lower button or in the initial window.
After validating and saving the declaration, you can submit it by pressing the " Sign and Send " button. In the new window, check the "Compliant" box to confirm the filing of the return. The content of the declaration will be displayed encoded in the text box. Finally, press "Sign and Send" to continue with the presentation.
The result of a successful submission will be a response page with an embedded PDF containing a first sheet with the submission information (registration entry number, Secure Verification Code, registration number). proof, day and time of presentation and details of the presenter).
However, if when submitting the declaration, there are some correct and other erroneous records, it will be reported that the presentation has been made partially. If you return to the list of recipients, the date of submission of the new registrations will have been updated and those not submitted will be kept in the list with an erroneous status.
Correct erroneous records and, if you wish, you can delete records or add new records. Validate the declaration and send the complete declaration again with all the records, that is, those previously submitted correctly plus those modified and/or those that you have registered.
