The appointment request is available within "Managements", in the "Assistance and Appointment" section.
General quote
It consists of 4 steps: "For whom", "For what", "Appointment selection" and "Confirmation".
STEP 1. For whom
Select the option "The appointment is for me" if the management you are going to carry out is for you. Indicate your NIF , first and last name and click "Next", it does not require any specific identification system.
If the appointment is for a third party, select the "The appointment is for another person or company" option. In this case, you must indicate the information of the person or company for whom the appointment is and the information of the person who will attend on their behalf.
STEP 2. So that
Select one of the two options. In the event that you have received a notification or communication from the Tax Agency, for whose management you wish to request an appointment, select the option "I have received a letter" and provide the 16-character Secure Verification Code that appears at the bottom of the letter.
If when requesting an appointment with CSV this management is not available, a message will be displayed indicating this situation and, in that case, you must select the corresponding service.
If you do not have CSV or the service is not available with CSV , check "Other procedures" and directly choose the service from those available in the list .
The services are shown grouped into categories. Choose the service you need to go to and, among the available options, mark the service for which you are requesting the appointment, then press "Next" to continue.
STEP 3. Appointment selection
Choose the Tax Agency office you want to go to. To do this, select the province from the drop-down menu or enter the zip code.
In addition to the possibility of selecting an appointment to go in person to an AEAT office, depending on the service requested, you may be offered the possibility of choosing an appointment for a specialist to contact you. in contact with you by telephone, or the possibility of immediate attention via video call (for example, in the case of registration at Cl@ve ).
Mark the option you prefer and click on the time. A pop-up window will open with the available days and time slots.
If you are not interested in the appointments suggested by the application, you can filter by province or zip code, date and time to locate other available appointment options. Press the "Filters" drop-down menu, mark your search criteria and press "Apply".
Once you have chosen the date and time slot, click on the "Select" button corresponding to the chosen option. The button will change color and become "Selected" and the chosen data will be added to the blue box at the top. Scroll down to the bottom of the window and press "Confirm Appointment" to continue.
STEP 4. Confirmation
Finally, you must provide and confirm a telephone number, which can be Spanish or foreign; Click on the drop-down menu and select the country, then indicate the phone number and confirm it. Also, enter a valid email that you must also confirm.
NOTE : It is important to indicate a valid email address since an email will be sent to you with the details of your appointment from which you can manage it (modify and cancel), if necessary.
Click on "Confirm".
A message will be displayed informing you that the appointment has been confirmed correctly and its summary: type of appointment (in person or telephone), date and time, place, information about the person or company, service requested and information about the documentation that you must bring to the appointment.
If the appointment made is for a third party, you are offered a link to download the representation model that you must bring duly completed.
Once confirmed, you will receive an email at the email address you have indicated. Keep this email as it will allow you to manage your appointment in case you need to modify or cancel it. Access through the link inserted in the email message.
It is also possible to modify or cancel the appointment by accessing the appointment request again and clicking on the link "Do you already have an appointment?" You can cancel or modify your appointment.
If there are several users identified in the APP AEAT , activate the user with whom you are going to manage the appointment and identify yourself with Cl@ve or certificate electronic.
Next, the list of appointments you have made will be shown. Press "Modify" to change the location or date of the appointment, or "Cancel" to delete it completely.
