You haven't received the Cl@ve invitation letter by post

The letter of invitation to the Cl@ve system is sent by post to the tax address registered in our census and is received within approximately 7 working days.

Remember that the tax address must be up to date.You can check and change your tax address as follows:

  • Online, with a reference number or with a certificate / electronic ID, from the Renta services, accessing the "Draft / tax return processing service (Renta WEB)", "Available services", "Modify tax address".
  • Online, by filing census declaration form 030.
  • In person, at AEAT offices.Make an appointment by telephone (901 200 351 / 91 290 13 40) or online from the "Appointment" section of the AEAT website.

However, we would like to inform you that you can also register at Cl@ve via the Internet by video call or in person at the registry offices.
