How to resolve doubts or errors related to Cl@ve

You haven't received the Cl@ve invitation letter by post

The invitation letter to the Cl@ve system is sent by post to the tax address registered in our census and is received within approximately 7 business days.

Remember that the tax address must be updated. You can check and modify your tax address in any of the following ways:

  • Online, with reference or with certificate / DNI electronic, from the Income services, accessing the "Draft processing service / declaration (Renta WEB)", "Available services", "Modify tax address".
  • Online, by submitting census declaration form 030.
  • In person, at the offices of AEAT . Request an appointment by calling 91 290 13 40 or 901 200 351 or online from the "Assistance and Appointment" section of the AEAT website. 

However, we inform you that you can also register for Cl@ve in person at registration offices or online via video call ( Temporarily unavailable ).
