Remember that the mobile phone number you are using to obtain the PIN must be the same one you registered when you registered in the Cl@ve system.
If you have changed your phone number, you can update it in Cl@ve in the following ways:
- Online, without certificate or electronic DNI , from the service "Modify the telephone number associated with Cl@ve by Video Call " , which you will find in the "Other procedures" section of the " Cl@ve " portal.
- Online, with certificate or electronic DNI , from option "Modify the telephone with certificate or electronic DNI " in the portal " Cl@ve ".
- Using the APP Cl@ve for mobile devices, from the "Managements" category located in the menu at the bottom of the screen, clicking "Modify the phone number associated with Cl@ve ".
- In person at registry offices. If you go to AEAT offices, you must request an appointment by calling 91 290 13 40 or 901 200 351, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., or online from appointment service.
If the telephone number is correct, we recommend that you contact your telephone provider to verify if you have enabled the reception of this type of messages SMS .
Next, restart your device and verify that there is space in your device's SMS message inbox to receive new SMS .
If you have an antivirus installed on your phone, we recommend that you deactivate it momentarily as it may be blocking the reception of the message.
