If you do not receive the SMS with the PIN, check if the ending of the phone number displayed in the page banner matches yours. Remember that the mobile phone number you are using to obtain the PIN must be the same as the one you have registered in the Cl@ve system.
If you have verified that the ending matches , please try again; If you still do not receive it, the incident could be related to a specific problem in sending the SMS .
In this case we recommend that you contact your telephone provider to verify if you have enabled the reception of this type of messages SMS .
Next, reboot your device and check that there is space in your device SMS message inbox to receive new SMS messages.
If you have any antivirus installed on your phone, we recommend that you temporarily deactivate it as it may be blocking the reception of the message.
In any case, we recommend installing the APP Cl@ve to access with Cl@ve Mobile by scanning the QR code or confirming the authentication request and thus avoid problems when receiving the SMS .
If the ending of the phone number does not match yours , you can update it by the following means:

Online from the service "Modify the telephone number associated with Cl@ve by Video Call" (Not available at this time) , which you will find in the "Other procedures" section on the " Cl@ve " procedures page in the Electronic Office and in the APP Cl@ve .

Online from option "Modify phone number with certificate or electronic DNI " in the same section as described above, for which a certificate or eDNI is required.

In person at any of the authorized registration offices. In this case, the physical presence of the person who wants to change their phone number with their DNI is essential.
