If at any time you cancelled the Cl@ve service but wish to register again, registration must be done in person or with a certificate or electronic DNI from the Electronic Office of the AEAT or from the APP Cl@ve .
If you access "Register in Cl@ve " you will get the corresponding error, since after resignation it is not possible to register by video call ( is temporarily unavailable ) or by invitation letter.
Users without phone
Remember that registration at Cl@ve only allows one mobile phone number per user. In this case, access to the system Cl@ve is automatically disabled for the previously associated user.
If another user has used your same mobile phone number to register, you will be in "No phone" status and a communication will be automatically sent to you informing you of the situation and with instructions on how to re-establish a phone number.
You can access "Modify the phone number with a certificate or electronic ID" or "Modify the phone number associated with Cl@ve by Video Call" (t is temporarily unavailable ) to indicate the mobile phone number again.
You can also make the change in person at any registry office, by appointment.
