If you have any doubts about what the support number is when you register in the Cl@ve system, whenever you have to provide this information, help links will be provided so that you can check what the support number is that appears on your document and how to enter it.
Here is a description of the support number depending on the document type:
- Identity card for foreign nationals
- Residence permit
- EU citizen registration certificate
Identity card for foreign nationals
If your document is a foreigner's card, the support number appears on the front and consists of 8 digits preceded by the letter E. Example:E87654321.
Residence permit
If your document is a residence permit, the support number also appears on the front and consists of 8 digits preceded by the letter E. Example:E87654321.
EU citizen registration certificate
If the document is an EU citizen registration certificate, this document will include a number. Enter this number, preceded by the letter 'C'.If this number has less than 8 digits, you can complete it with extra zeros on the left.
Example:For example, if your certificate has the following support number:9999999, you must enter C09999999.
On older certificates, of folio size, the certificate number (support number) is on the back.
