Heritage 2021 - Presentation by file

If you have a file that complies with the specific registration design for model 714 of 2021, or that has been previously saved with the 2021 Asset processing service available on the Electronic Office, you can submit the declaration directly, without going through the form.

To access, identification with an electronic certificate, DNIe , Cl@ve or a valid Income reference obtained during the last Income campaign is required.

After identification, the requirements for submission and the "Read declaration" button to select the declaration file appear.

A summary of the declaration will be uploaded with the identification data, the economic data and the result of the declaration.

At the bottom are the available options. In the button "View File" you can view the uploaded encrypted file. To return to the declaration, click on the X or "Cancel".

Once all the details have been filled in correctly, click "Formalize Payment/Refund" to submit the payment.

If the result is an income, the NRC (proof of payment) must be included. It can be obtained immediately by clicking the "Make Payment" button. Get NRC " or select one of the debt recognition options. Finally, click on "Sign and Send".

In the next window, check the "I agree" box and click "Sign and Send."

The result of a correct submission will be the receipt, with the assigned CSV , the link to the "Document Comparison..." option and a PDF embedded with the submission information (registration entry number, Secure Verification Code, receipt number, day and time of submission and presenter data) and the complete copy of the declaration.
