Those who have the general and specific powers of attorney related to form 714 (the 714P or GENERALLEY58) will be able to use the Patrimonio WEB service corresponding to the financial year 2020 to file the tax return for their agents.
The list of available proxies can be consulted on the "Collaborators" portal, under "Register of proxies".
To access, identification is required with an electronic certificate, DNIe, Cl@ve PIN or a valid Renta reference obtained during the last Renta campaign.
In the first window, enter the taxpayer's DNI or NIE and click on "Accept".
If it is the first access, the first page will be the identification data and the language of the declaration, although it is possible to modify them.
If you have already been working with the form, the system detects this and allows you to continue with that last declaration or to start a new one.
Once in the web form, you can fill in the declaration by navigating between the different pages that make up the form or by using the button "Apartados" to access the different sections.
It is possible to "Save" the declaration to retrieve it later in a new session by clicking on "Continue" in the initial window.
It is advisable to verify that there are no errors from the option "Validate".
When you have finished filling in the form, check the result on the last page under "Registration document".
Click "Formalise Deposit/Return";if the result is a deposit, in the section "Select the type of declaration" you will be able to choose the form of payment.
Direct debit is not available after the official submission deadline.If you opt for payment by NRC or other forms of partial payment , you must bear in mind that to obtain the NRC from the button "Make payment (obtain NRC)", using the taxpayer's account, you must have received a proxy to process the payment from your proxies in the PAGOAPODECCC procedure.Otherwise, you will have to contact the bank to generate the corresponding NRC with the details of the declaration, which you will have to enter in the field "Reference Number NRC".
Another alternative would be the options of debt acknowledgement or payment by transfer to an account of a non-Collaborating Entity, among others.In cases of debt acknowledgement, a link to submit the deferral or offset request will be displayed on the successful submission response sheet.Click on "Process debt" and the details of the settlement will appear with the debtor's details and the settlement key.
From the "Formalise Entry/Return" window you can also obtain a file in the format BOE, adjusted to the current registry design, using the button "Export" located in the lower left corner.
To continue with the presentation click on the button "Sign and Send".
A notification will appear telling you to review the details.
In the next window, tick the "Agree" box and click on "Sign and Send".
When the declaration has been submitted you will see the message "Your submission has been successful" and the assigned secure verification code.A PDF will also appear, containing the first page with the information of the tax return (record entry number, Secure Verification Code, receipt number, date and time of filing and the details of the person filing the return), and, on the following pages, the full tax return.
