If error 403 appears when trying to register in the Cl@ve system with a certificate or electronic DNI , you must ensure that you have a valid electronic signature and that the internet browser recognizes it.
To do this, you can follow the detailed instructions in the help links when accessing with a certificate or DNIe and error 403 occurs, selecting the corresponding option for the browser and operating system used.
If you do not have a certificate or electronic DNI , request that the invitation letter be sent to Cl@ve from the option " Register in Cl@ve " available on the electronic site.
The letter will be sent to the tax address listed in our database at the time of the request. Once received, access the same option " Register in Cl@ve" to complete the registration.
If you do not receive the letter with the CSV to register, check which is the tax address that appears in the AEAT census.

Registration is also possible via video call from the link "Register in Cl@ve" by clicking "You can also register via Video Call" or in person at any of the registration offices.
After registering in the Cl@ve system, you can carry out procedures online by obtaining a PIN through the APP or via SMS , which you can request from the same procedure.
