If the message "Page cannot be displayed" appears when signing with an ANCERT certificate on a cryptographic card, follow these instructions.
First, verify that the certificate is validated correctly on the VALIDe website. Click on the "Validate Certificate" link. A security warning will appear and a window asking to run Java applets. Accept these messages.
Next, press the "Select Certificate" button, select the certificate to be verified and enter the PIN. If the certificate has been read correctly, the message "A certificate has been selected from the browser's keystore" will appear. Enter the security code and press the "Validate" button.
The result of the certificate validation will be displayed on the next page. If correct, the message "Valid Certificate" will be displayed.

In the event that the validation has not been carried out correctly, it is advisable to contact the Certificate Issuing Entity.
