In the event that when signing with an ANCERT certificate on a cryptographic card the message "Cannot display page" appears, follow these instructions.
First, verify that the certificate is correctly validated on the VALIDe website. Go to the "Validate Certificate" link. A security warning and a window will appear asking you to run the Java applets. Accept these messages.
Next, press the "Select Certificate" button, select the certificate to be verified and enter the PIN. If the certificate has been read correctly, the message "A certificate has been selected from the browser's keystore" will appear. Enter the security code and press the "Validate" button.
The next page will show the result of the certificate validation. If correct, the message "Valid certificate" will be indicated.

In the event that the validation has not been carried out correctly, it is advisable to contact the Certificate Issuing Entity.
