Your certificate has not allowed a valid signature to be created on Mozilla Firefox
Check that you have the corresponding root certificates and that you have checked all the purposes in the trust settings of these certificates.To do this, access the Mozilla Firefox options or preferences from the browser menu (icon with three horizontal bars in the top right-hand corner of the window).Under "Options", go to "Privacy and Security", "Security", "Certificates", "View Certificates".
In the tab "Authorities" check that the corresponding root certificate is installed, depending on the type of electronic certificate obtained.In this regard, please note that:
- As of 1 March 2015, certificates of natural persons generated by the FNMT rely on the root certificate AC FNMT Users and are issued under FNMT-RCM.
As of October 2015, certificates of representatives generated by the FNMT rely on the root certificate AC Representation and are issued under FNMT-RCM.
- Certificates created before 1 March 2015 depend on the root certificate FNMTClase2CA and are issued under FNMT.
Select the corresponding root certificate and click on "Edit Trust" to check if the trust purposes are checked.
If the root certificate does not appear at "Authorities" it is necessary to download it from the FNMT website.
