Skip information indexYour certificate has not allowed generating a valid signature in Mozilla Firefox
Check that you have the appropriate root certificates and that you have checked all the purposes in the trust settings for these certificates. To do this, access the Mozilla Firefox options or preferences from the browser menu (icon with three horizontal bars located in the upper right corner of the window). Within "Options" , enter "Privacy and security" , "Security" , "Certificates" , "View certificates" .
In the "Authorities" tab, check that the corresponding root certificate is installed, depending on the type of electronic certificate that has been obtained. In this regard, keep in mind that:
- Since March 1, 2015, the individual certificates generated by FNMT depend on the root certificate AC FNMT Users and are issued under FNMT -RCM.
-
Since October 2015, representative certificates generated by FNMT depend on the root certificate AC Representation and are issued under FNMT -RCM.
- Certificates generated before March 1, 2015 depend on root certificate FNMTClase2CA and are issued under FNMT
Select the corresponding root certificate and click "Edit Trust" to check if the trust purposes are checked.
If the root certificate does not appear in "Authorities" it is necessary to download it from the FNMT page.
