Failed attempt to acquire the cache manager
First make sure you are not running 64-bit Internet Explorer.You must access the Tax Agency's website from a 32-bit browser.On your local disk drive, go to 'X86 program files', 'Internet Explorer' and find the file 'explore.exe'.Right click on 'Execute as an administrator' to open a new window.From the same menu, you can create a shortcut to the application in 32-bit mode.
In this window, go to 'Tools' at the top part of the browser (or the upper right corner) and go to 'Internet Options'.On the "Security" tab, press "Reset all zones to default";tick "Trusted sites", then go to "Sites" and add the following URL:https://*.agenciatributaria.gob.es/".The box "Require server check (https:) for all sites in this area" must be ticked.
Then, go to the "Contents" tab and click on "Certificates".Select the certificate in the "Personal" tab and click on the "View" button.
Inside the "Details" tab, go to "Edit properties" and tick the option "Enable all purposes for this certificate".If more than one certificate is installed on your computer, you can assign a name to each certificate that makes it recognisable when you select it.
Click accept in the windows in order to save the changes and go back to the 'Certificates' window, go to the 'Entities with trusted root certification' tab, as you need to perform the same actions for the root certificate of the issuing body.Select the root certificate of the issuing entity and double click on it (for example, if it is the FNMT you must select the certificate "FNMT Class 2 CA" or "AC FNMT Users").
Inside the "Details" tab, go to "Edit properties" and tick the option "Enable all purposes for this certificate".Then click "OK".To finish, click on "Apply" and "OK".In order for the change to take effect, you will need to close all Internet Explorer windows you have open and restart.
With Windows Vista or lower, the option within the "Details" tab to check "Enable all purposes for this certificate" is "Modify properties".
Restart the browser and try again.
