You haven't received the Cl@ve invitation letter by post

The invitation letter to the Cl@ve system is sent by post to the tax address registered in our census and is received within approximately 7 business days.

Remember that the tax address must be updated. You can check and modify your tax address in any of the following ways:

  • Online, with reference or with certificate / DNI electronic, from the Income services, accessing the "Draft processing service / declaration (Renta WEB)", "Available services", "Modify tax address".
  • Online, by submitting census declaration form 030.
  • In person, at the offices of AEAT . Request an appointment by calling 91 333 5 333 or online through the "Assistance and Appointment" section of the website. AEAT. 

However, we inform you that you can also register at Cl@ve in person at registration offices or by video identification from the APP Cl@ve. This video identification service is available ttemporarily only for Spanish citizens with aDNIin force.
